WHAT’S NEXT?
1. Download the emailAUDIT questionnaire. We offer 3 formats: Microsoft Word, OpenOffice.org W
riter (an alternative to Microsoft Office products), and Adobe Reader. The questionnaire must be completed in its entirety in electronic format. Any handwritten documents will be returned and may delay your results. Completed forms should be sent to audit@someupside.com.
2. Send email samples (up to 5) to audit@someupside.com. Samples must be sent from the email system you currently use to deliver customer email. A forwarded email cannot be accepted.
3. Once all materials have been received and vetted, you will receive a confirmation which will serve as notice that the audit has began. Most audits require between 3-7 business days, depending upon complexity.
4. When the audit is complete, you will receive an email which will include a link to your presentation.
5. Review the presentation and implement our recommendations!
